Terms of Service (T0S) - Snake Project

By engaging with Snake Project and purchasing our services, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Supplier Scams and Refunds: In the unfortunate event that a supplier scams us, Snake Project shall not be held liable, and your payment will not be refunded.

2. Non-Revoked/Auto-Claim Services: Snake Project does not offer refunds for non-revoked or auto-claimed services unless the supplier provides such refunds.

3. Service Inquiries: We encourage users to open a support ticket for better service. Spamming direct messages is not considered an appropriate means of communication with Snake Project.

4. Acceptance of Terms: When you make a purchase from Snake Project, you automatically acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service.

5. Paysafecard Responsibility: Snake Project holds no responsibility if the paysafecard provided by you is already used or invalid.

6. Discord Mass Revokes and Server Boosts: In the event of Discord mass revokes of Nitros or server boosts, Snake Project will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be provided.

7. Discord Nitro Responsibility: When claiming a Discord Nitro code, it is the user's responsibility to keep a record of the code. Failure to do so may prevent us from replacing it in case of revocation or loss.
